Ingredients

  • Tortillas, flour or corn - 4-6
  • Water - 2-3 oz / 60-80 ml
  • Beef Jerky - 2-3 oz / 70-80 g
  • Bell Pepper - 1
  • Pork Rinds - 1/2 C / 35 g
  • French Fried Onions - 1/2 C / 40 g
  • Chili Powder - 1 TB / 15 g
    *optional*
    -Lime - 1
    -Cheese, your fav - 4 oz / 115 g
    -Avocado - 1

Steps

1. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
2. Toast tortillas over flame quickly. Reserve
3. In pot/skillet, add jerky, water. Cover
4. Simmer 3-7 min until jerky is hydrated
5. Once soft, add peppers, rinds, onions and
seasoning
6. Stir. Cook 2-3 min until incorporated
7. Spoon into tortillas
