Ingredients

  • Water - 16 oz / 500 ml
  • Bell Pepper - 1
  • Summer/Smoked Sausage - 8 oz / 225 g
  • Pasta - 8 oz / 220 g
  • Dried Shrimp - 1/2 C / 40 g
  • French Fried Onions - 1/2 C / 40 g
  • Tomato Paste/Ketchup Packets - 2 TB / 4 / 75 g
  • Old Bay/Creole Seasoning 1-2 TB / 10-20 g

Steps

1. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
2. Add water. Boil
3. Chop pepper, sausage
4. Add all ingredients to pot. HEAT TO MED
5. Stir. Stir. Cook until pasta soft
