Ingredients

  • Instant Rice - 1 C / 160 g
  • Water - 8 oz / 250 ml
  • Rice Vinegar -2 TB / 30 g
  • Sugar - 1 TB / 12 g
  • Banana, dried - 1/4 C / 35 g
  • Mango, dried - 1/4 C / 35 g
  • Coconut, shaved - 1/4 C 25 g
  • Seaweed Sheets - 6-8

Steps

1. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
2. Add water, rice vinegar, sugar
3. Stir. Boil
4. Add rice. Sit 10 min
5. Toast seaweed sheets over flame quickly.
Reserve. TURN OFF BURNER
6. Chop/rip fruit, if needed. Mix w/coconut. Reserve
7. When rice done, spoon rice, fruit onto wrapper
8. Wrap it up!
