Ingredients

  • Instant Rice - 1 C / 160 g
  • Water - 8 oz / 250 ml
  • Rice Vinegar - 2 TB / 30 g
  • Sugar - 1 TB / 12 g
  • Smoked Salmon - 4 oz / 113 g
  • Mushroom snacks, dry - 1-2 oz / 25-50 g
  • Seaweed Sheets - 6-8
  • Soy Sauce Packets - 2

Steps

1. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
2. Add water, rice vinegar, sugar
3. Stir. Boil
4. Add rice. Sit 10 min
5. Toast seaweed sheets over flame quickly.
Reserve. TURN OFF BURNER
6. Mix salmon, mushrooms. Reserve
7. When rice done, spoon rice, salmon mix onto
wrapper
8. Drizzle w/ soy sauce as desired
9. Wrap it up!
