Ingredients

  • Oil - 2 TB / 25 g
  • Pizza topping 1, your fav - 8 oz / 250 g
  • Pizza topping 2, your fav - 4 oz / 125 g
  • Tomato Paste - 2 TB / 75 g
  • Italian Seasoning - 2 tsp / 5 g
  • Chili Flake - 1/2 tsp / 2 g
  • Water - 1-2 oz / 25-50 ml
  • Mozzarella Cheese - 4 oz / 125 g
  • Tortillas, Corn or Flour - 4-6

Steps

1. Chop toppings, if needed
2. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
3. Add oil, toppings
4. Stir. Cook 2-3 min
5. Add tomato paste, seasonings, water
6. Stir. Cook 1 min
7. Add cheese. Melt. Reserve mix
8. Toast tortillas over burner
9. Wrap it up!
