- Bell Pepper - 1
- Shallot - 2
- Tortillas, corn or flour - 4
- Beef Jerky - 5 oz / 170 g
- Water - 2-4 oz / 100 ml
- Olive Oil - 2 TB / 25 g
- Chili Powder - 2 TB / 20 g
*optional* avocado -1
*optional* cheese, your fav - 2 oz / 65 g
Steps
1. Chop veggies, jerky
2. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
3. Toast tortillas over flame or in skillet. Reserve
4. Add jerky, water. Cover
5. Simmer 5-7 min to hydrate
6. Add veggies, oil, chili powder. Stir
7. Cook 1-2 min
8. Fill tortilla
