Trail Meals Cookbooks

The Give Back

A huge part of the Outdoor Eats mission is to build community and lasting experiences in the outdoors through cooking and food.  We donate $2 for each hard copy of our cookbooks sold to a project that helps support protecting public lands that we all enjoy or promoting the sharing of the experience.

As the official nonprofit partner of the National Park Service, the National Park Foundation generates private support and builds strategic partnerships to protect and enhance America’s national parks for present and future generations.  Past projects have included wildlife protection, under-previleged community group support, trail and habit maintenance and many more.

The Outdoors for All Foundation transforms lives through outdoor recreation.  Founded in 1979 in the Pacific Northwest, Outdoors for All is a national leader in delivering adaptive and therapeutic recreation for children and adults with disabilities. With Outdoor Eats headquartered in Washington State, we decided to share our first year give-back  with Washington State Parks.   Their mission is to ensure a vibrant Washington State Park system for generations to enjoy. State Parks around the country are enjoyed by many but consistently under-funded.  We are happy to help support parks close to our home.

We appreciate your support of the Outdoor Eats mission and we look forward to growing donations and impact as the community grows.
