- Sesame Oil - 1 TB / 12 g
- Packaged Chicken - 5 oz / 200 g
- Garlic Cloves/Garlic Powder - 2 / 1/2 tsp / 2 g
- Cauliflower Rice - 1 C / 90 g
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 2 oz / 55 ml
- Sweet Chili Sauce - 4 oz / 15o g
- Rice Vinegar - 2 tsp / 8 g
Steps
1. Chop garlic, if needed
2. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
3. Add sesame oil, chicken, garlic, rice. Stir
4. Cook 1-2 min
5. Add water, sweet chili sauce. Stir
6. Boil. Cook 2-4 min
7. Add rice vinegar. Stir
