- Bell Pepper - 1
- Shallot - 2
- Beef Jerky, peppered - 8 oz / 227 g
- Olive Oil - 3 TB / 20 g
- Water - 5 oz / 160 ml
- Tomato Paste - 4 oz / 145 g
- Italian Seasoning - 1 TB / 3 g
- Garlic Powder - 1/2 tsp / 1 g
- *optional* Chili Flake - 1/2 tsp / 1 g
Steps
1. Chop veggies, jerky
2. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
3. Add oil, veggies, jerky. Stir
4. Cook 30 sec
5. Add water, paste, seasonings. Stir
6. Simmer 5-7 min until jerky soft
