Ingredients

  • Olive Oil - 2 TB / 25 g
  • Red Pepper - 1
  • Tuna Packet - 1 (2.6 oz) / 74 g
  • Smoked Salmon - 4 oz / 140 g
  • Smoked Paprika/Paella Spice - 1 TB / 10 g
  • Salt - to taste
  • Instant Rice - 2 C / 288 g
  • Water - 16 oz / 500 ml
  • Lemon/Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 / 1 TB / 10 g

Steps

1. Slice/Chop red pepper
2. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
3. Add oil, pepper, tuna, salmon, spices, rice
4. Stir. Cook for 1-2 min
5. Add water. Boil
6. Cover. TURN OFF BURNER
7. Sit 5-10 min
8. Stir. Squeeze lemon / Add vinegar
