Ingredients

  • Water - 16-24 oz / 500-750ml
  • Wasabi Peas - 4 oz / 120 g
  • Tofu, pre-cooked - 7 oz / 200 g
  • Ginger Powder - 2 tsp / 5 g
  • Soy Sauce - 2 TB / 25 g
  • Rice Vinegar -2 TB / 25 g
  • Green Onion - 1/2 bunch

Steps

1. Chop tofu, green onions
2. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
3. Add all ingredients except green onion
4. Stir. Boil. Cook 5-10 min
5. Sprinkle green onion
