Steps
1. Chop shallot, garlic, green beans, zucchini
3. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
4. Add olive oil, shallot garlic
5. Cook 3 min
6. Add tomato paste, green beans, zucchini, water, oregano, salt
7. Simmer 5-10 min
8. Add basil
