Steps
1. Chop onion, garlic, red pepper, cilantro
2. Shuck corn. Cut off kernels
3. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
4. Add olive oil, onion, garlic, red pepper, corn, salt, black pepper
5. Cook 5 min. Stir
6. Add water
7. Simmer 5-10 min
8. Garnish w/ cilantro, lime wedges
