Ingredients

  • Green Bell Pepper - 1 
  • Chicken Sausage, precooked - 6 oz / 170 g
  • Olive Oil - 2 TB / 25 g
  • French’s Fried Onions - 1/4 C / 20 g
  • Old Bay/Creole Seasoning - 1 TB / 1 5g
  • Instant Rice - 1 C / 165 g
  • Water - 8-10 oz / 250 ml

Steps

1. Chop bell pepper, sausage
2. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
3. Add olive oil, sausage
4. Cook 3-4 min
5. Add bell pepper
6. Cook 3-4 min
7. Add onions, creole seasoning
8. Stir. Cook 1 min
9. Add water. Boil
10. Add rice. Stir. Cover
11. TURN OFF BURNER. Let sit 10 min
12. Fluff
