Ingredients

  • Cherries, Dried - 1 C / 80 g
  • Sugar - 1 TB / 12 g
  • Water - 12 oz / 300 ml
  • Coconut Shavings - 1/4 C / 10 g
  • Almonds, slivered/sliced - 1/4 C / 35 g
  • Dark Chocolate - 2 oz / 20 g
  • Red Wine/Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 tsp / 5 g

Steps

1. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
2. Add fruit, sugar, water
3. Stir. Cook 5 min until soft w/ lid on
4. Add coconut, almonds, chocolate, vinegar to fruit
5. Stir. Cook 1 min. Cover. Sit 5 min
