Ingredients
- Tortillas, flour or corn - 8
- Soyrizo / Field Roast Chorizo - 13 oz / 396g
- Red Bell Pepper - 1
- Green Onion - 1 bunch
- Oil - 2 TB/25g
- Chili Powder - 2 TB/15g
- Salt - 1 tsp/5g
- Lime - 1
- Cheese, your fav - 4 oz/250g

Steps
1. Chop field roast, pepper, onion, lime
2. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
3. Add oil, field roast, pepper, onion, salt, chili powder
4. Cook 3-5 min. Stir, stir. Reserve
5. Toast tortillas in dry pan
6. Assemble mixture in warm tortillas
7. Garnish w/ cheese and lime wedge
EAT & PACK IT OUT
Notes/Additions
Please toast your tortillas! It doesn't take that long but really add some nice flavor.
Cold tortillas = less bueno
