Ingredients

  • Baby Carrots - 2 oz / 56 g
  • Snap Peas - 2 oz / 56 g
  • Packaged Chicken - 5 oz / 150 g
  • Chicken Boullion - 1 cube
  • Garlic / Garlic Powder - 1/2 tsp / 5 g
  • Black Pepper - to taste
  • Water - 16 oz / 500 ml
  • Cornstarch/Arrowroot Powder - 2-3 tsp / 8 g
  • Mustard packet, your fav - 1
  • Biscuit/Croissant, pre-made - 2

Steps

1. Chop veggies
2. Add veggies, chicken, bouillon, spices, water in pot
3. TURN ON BURNER: MED HIGH
4. Boil. Stir. Simmer 3-5 min
5. Add cornstarch, mustard packet
6. Stir. Simmer on LOW until thick
7. Mash/rip pastry
8. Add to pot or spoon stew over pastry
