- Baby Carrots - 2 oz / 56 g
- Snap Peas - 2 oz / 56 g
- Packaged Chicken - 5 oz / 150 g
- Chicken Boullion - 1 cube
- Garlic / Garlic Powder - 1/2 tsp / 5 g
- Black Pepper - to taste
- Water - 16 oz / 500 ml
- Cornstarch/Arrowroot Powder - 2-3 tsp / 8 g
- Mustard packet, your fav - 1
- Biscuit/Croissant, pre-made - 2
Steps
1. Chop veggies
2. Add veggies, chicken, bouillon, spices, water in pot
3. TURN ON BURNER: MED HIGH
4. Boil. Stir. Simmer 3-5 min
5. Add cornstarch, mustard packet
6. Stir. Simmer on LOW until thick
7. Mash/rip pastry
8. Add to pot or spoon stew over pastry
