Ingredients

  • Figs - 1/2 C / 70 g
  • Dried Apple - 1/2 C / 30 g
  • Brown Sugar - 2 TB / 33 g
  • Cinnamon/Pumpkin Pie Spice - 1-2 tsp / 3 g
  • Water - 6 oz / 175 ml
  • Bourbon Whiskey - 2 oz / 60 g
  • Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 tsp / 5 g
  • Graham Crackers/Waffle Cookies - 6-8

Steps

1. Chop figs, apple
2. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
3. Add fruit, sugar, spice, water, whiskey. Stir
4. Boil. Simmer uncovered. Cook 3-5 min until fruit soft
5. Add apple cider vinegar. Stir
6. Dunk with cookies
