- Olive oil - 2 TB / 50 g
- Shallot - 2
- Garlic - 2 clvs
- Zucchini - 2
- Corn - 2 ears
- Water - 32 oz / 1 L
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Basil, fresh - 1/4 C / 15 g
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 2 TB / 25 g
Steps
- CHOP shallot, garlic, zucchini, corn
- TURN ON BURNER: med heat
- + oil, vegetable, salt
- COOK 3-5 min. STIR
- + water
- COOK 5-10 min until done
- + apple cider vinegar. STIR
- GARNISH w basil
- EAT!

Go ahead and add some packaged chicken, tofu or salmon!
