Ingredients
- Olive Oil - 2 TB / 25 g
- Garlic - 2 clvs
- Zucchini - 1 pc
- Anaheim Pepper - 1 pc
- Spinach, fresh - 2 C / 60 g
- Powdered Eggs - 4 TB / 40 g
- Water - 8 TB / 100 ml
- Salt - 1/2 tsp / 1 g
- Parmesan Cheese - 2 TB / 15 g
Steps
- Chop garlic, zucchini, pepper
- Hydrate eggs in water
- Turn on Burner: Med heat
- Add olive oil, garlic, zucchini, pepper
- Cook 2-3 min. Stir.
- Add spinach, salt
- Cook 1-2 min
- Low heat
- Add eggs
- Stir. Stir until eggs done
- Garnish with parmesan cheese
- EAT!
