Ingredients

  • Olive Oil - 2 TB / 25 g
  • Garlic - 2 clvs 
  • Zucchini - 1 pc 
  • Anaheim Pepper - 1 pc 
  • Spinach, fresh - 2 C / 60 g
  • Powdered Eggs - 4 TB / 40 g
  • Water - 8 TB / 100 ml
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp / 1 g
  • Parmesan Cheese - 2 TB / 15 g

Steps

  1. Chop garlic, zucchini, pepper
  2. Hydrate eggs in water
  3. Turn on Burner: Med heat
  4. Add olive oil, garlic, zucchini, pepper
  5. Cook 2-3 min. Stir.
  6. Add spinach, salt
  7. Cook 1-2 min
  8. Low heat
  9. Add eggs
  10. Stir. Stir until eggs done
  11. Garnish with parmesan cheese
  12. EAT!
