Ingredients

  • Olive Oil - 2 TB / 25 g
  • Green Onion - 1 bunch
  • Red Bell Pepper - 1
  • Beans, pinto/ black - 1 can (15oz) 
  • Water - 16 oz / 475 ml
  • Chili Powder - 2 TB / 30 g
  • Salt 1 tsp / 5 g
  • Tortilla Chips, crushed - 2 C / 200 g
  • Lime - 1 pc
  • Cilantro - 1/2 bunch 

Steps

  1. CHOP onion, pepper
  2. TURN BURNER ON: Med heat
  3. + olive oil, green onion, pepper salt
  4. COOK 3-5 min. STIR
  5. +beans, water, chili powder
  6. COOK 5-10 min. STIR
  7. +tortilla chips
  8. GARNISH w lime wedges, cilantro
  9. EAT

Notes/Additions

Garnish is super important for this recipe. Make sure you add the chips, cilantro and lime to complete the dish!
