- Olive Oil - 2 TB / 25 g
- Green Onion - 1 bunch
- Red Bell Pepper - 1
- Beans, pinto/ black - 1 can (15oz)
- Water - 16 oz / 475 ml
- Chili Powder - 2 TB / 30 g
- Salt 1 tsp / 5 g
- Tortilla Chips, crushed - 2 C / 200 g
- Lime - 1 pc
- Cilantro - 1/2 bunch
Steps
- CHOP onion, pepper
- TURN BURNER ON: Med heat
- + olive oil, green onion, pepper salt
- COOK 3-5 min. STIR
- +beans, water, chili powder
- COOK 5-10 min. STIR
- +tortilla chips
- GARNISH w lime wedges, cilantro
- EAT
Notes/Additions
Garnish is super important for this recipe. Make sure you add the chips, cilantro and lime to complete the dish!
