- Summer Sausage - 6-10 oz/ 285 g
- Garlic Powder - 1/2 tsp / 2 g
- Water - 24 oz / 700 ml
- Quick Cook Grits/Polenta - 1 C / 90 g
- Salt - to taste
- Mustard Packet - 2
Steps
1. Chop summer sausage
2. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
3. Add sausage. Stir. Cook 2-4 min (can reserve if you like)
4. Add garlic powder, water, grits, mustard packets.
Salt, if needed
5. Stir. Cook 2-5 min until hydrated and done
