Ingredients

  • Olive Oil - 1/4 C / 50 g
  • Black Eyed Peas - 1 can (15 oz)
  • Corn - 2 ears 
  • Red Bell Pepper - 1 pc 
  • Zucchini/Yellow Squash - 2 pc 
  • Shallot - 1 pc
  • Basil - 1/4 C / 10 g
  • Salt - 1 tsp / 5 g
  • Garlic Powder - 1/2 tsp / 2 g
  • Red Wine Vinegar - 1/4 C / 50 g

Steps

*NO BURNER*

  1. CHOP corn, red pepper, squash, shallot, basil
  2. OPEN can black eyed peas
  3. MIX vegetables, beans, oil, vinegar, salt, garlic powder
  4. SIT for 10 min
  5. EAT!
