Ingredients
- Olive Oil - 1/4 C / 50 g
- Black Eyed Peas - 1 can (15 oz)
- Corn - 2 ears
- Red Bell Pepper - 1 pc
- Zucchini/Yellow Squash - 2 pc
- Shallot - 1 pc
- Basil - 1/4 C / 10 g
- Salt - 1 tsp / 5 g
- Garlic Powder - 1/2 tsp / 2 g
- Red Wine Vinegar - 1/4 C / 50 g
Steps
*NO BURNER*
- CHOP corn, red pepper, squash, shallot, basil
- OPEN can black eyed peas
- MIX vegetables, beans, oil, vinegar, salt, garlic powder
- SIT for 10 min
- EAT!
