- Olive Oil - 1/2 C / 100 g
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 1/4 C / 50 g
- Salt - 1/2 tsp / 2 g
- Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp / 2 g
- Spinach - 1 bag/ 6 oz / 170 g
- Apple, your fav 1 pc
- Shallot - 2 pc
- Aged Cheddar - 6 oz / 170 g
Steps
*NO BURNER*
- MIX olive oil, vinegar, salt, black pepper
- CHOP apple, shallot, cheddar
- + dressing to spinach, toppings
- MIX
- EAT!
Notes/Additions
For salads on the trail, it's great to bring along container with lid or ziploc bag. My fav is an other coffee container. Easy mixing
