Ingredients
- Potatoes - 1.5 lbs / 680 g
- Water - 32 oz / 1L
- Salt -2 tsp / 10 g
- Shallot - 2 pc
- Olives, your fav - 1/2 C / 70 g
- Roasted Red Peppers - 12 oz / 340 g
- Mayo Packets - 4 pc
- Lemon - 1 pc
- Smoked Paprika - 2 tsp / 5 g
- Tuna or Sardines - 6 oz / 170 g
Steps
- CHOP potatoes
- TURN ON BURNER: High heat
- + post, salt. BOIL
- COOK until soft. DRAIN
- CHOP shallot, pepper. RESERVE.
- MIX mayo, juice of 1/2 - 1 lemon, paprika. RESERVE.
- + veggies, olives, tuna to potatoes. COOK 3-5 min. STIR
- DRIZZLE sauce over bowl.
- EAT!
Notes/Additions
You can use this Bravas sauce on anything! Super easy to make and very light weight. Try it on eggs or toast.
