Ingredients

  • Spam - 12 oz / 340 g
  • Powdered Eggs - 4 TB / 40 g
  • Water - 4 TB + 8 oz / 300 ml
  • Instant Rice - 1 C / 185 g
  • Soy Sauce - 2 TB / 30 g

Steps

  1. TURN BURNER ON: High Heat
  2. BOIL water
  3. HYDRATE eggs. 5 min
  4. Add rice. STIR. COVER. RESERVE
  5. TURN BURNER OFF
  6. SLICE spam
  7. TURN ON BURNER: Med Heat
  8. FRY Spam. 2-3 min. RESERVE
  9. Add eggs. COOK 1-2 min over low heat
  10. COMBINE. DRIZZLE soy
  11. EAT!
