- Spam - 12 oz / 340 g
- Powdered Eggs - 4 TB / 40 g
- Water - 4 TB + 8 oz / 300 ml
- Instant Rice - 1 C / 185 g
- Soy Sauce - 2 TB / 30 g
Steps
- TURN BURNER ON: High Heat
- BOIL water
- HYDRATE eggs. 5 min
- Add rice. STIR. COVER. RESERVE
- TURN BURNER OFF
- SLICE spam
- TURN ON BURNER: Med Heat
- FRY Spam. 2-3 min. RESERVE
- Add eggs. COOK 1-2 min over low heat
- COMBINE. DRIZZLE soy
- EAT!
