Thick cut bread, your fav - 4 slices

Smoked Salmon - 4 oz / 100 g

Tomato - 1-2

Capers, large - 2 TB / 20 g
Steps
1. Slice salmon, tomato
2. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
3. Add oil, bread
4. Toast both sides
5. Repeat for each slice
6. Layer salmon, tomato
7. Add capers
