- Water - 16 oz / 500 ml
- Orzo Pasta - 8 oz / 225 g
- Salt - to taste
- Smoked Salmon - 4 oz / 140 g
- Feta/Parmesan Cheese - 1/4 C /25 g
- Lemon - 1
Steps
1. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
2. Add water, pasta. Boil
3. Stir. Boil until done
4. Drain pasta
5. Add smoked salmon, cheese, salt. Stir
6. Squeeze lemon
