  • Quinoa or Grain Mix, precooked - 16 oz or 3 1/2 C cooked / 500 g
  • Smoked Salmon - 4 oz / 140 g
  • Olive Oil - 2 TB / 25 g
  • Lemon - 1
  • Avocado - 1-2
  • Salt - to taste
