Ingredients
- Olive Oil - 2 TB / 25 g
- Tomato Paste - 2 Tubes / 9 oz / 250 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves / 1 tsp / 5 g
- Red Pepper - 1
- Smoked Paprika - 2 tsp / 10 g
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Water - 16 oz / 500 ml
- Eggs/Powdered Eggs/Tofu - 4 / 1/2 C / 70 g
Steps
1. Chop garlic, red pepper
2. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
3. Add olive oil, garlic, pepper, paprika, salt
4. Stir, Stir. Cook 30 sec-1 min
5. Add tomato paste, water. Stir, Stir
6. LOW HEAT. Cook 2-3 min
7. Add eggs. Stir if used powdered
(if using whole eggs, you can simmer and poach in
tomato sauce)
8. Cover. Cook until eggs done
