Soy Sauce - 4 TB / 50 g

Bok Choy - 2-3

Shiitake Mushrooms, fresh or dried 6

Garlic / Garlic Powder - 2 cloves / 1 tsp / 2 g

Steps
1. Chop bok choy, mushrooms, garlic, green onions.
2. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
3. Add water, noodles, sesame oil, soy, seaweed, tofu, bok choy, mushrooms, garlic
4. Cook 5-6 min
5. Add green onion, sesame seeds
