Steps
1. Hyrdrate eggs w 4 TB water
2. Hydrate ground beef re pkg. 15 min
3. Chop pepper, shallot
4. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
5. Add oil, pepper, shallot, ground beef, salt
6. Cook1-2 min
7. Add eggs. Stir. Cook 1-2 min
