Ingredients

  • Pear, dried - 1/2 C / 70 g
  • Water - 10 oz / 300 ml
  • Salt - to taste
  • Garlic Powder - 1 tsp / 5 g
  • Olive Oil - 2 TB / 25 g
  • Couscous, instant - 5.8 oz / 164 g
  • Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 TB / 12 g
  • Walnuts - 1/4 C / 35 g
  • Blue Cheese, crumbled - 1/4 C / 35 g

Steps

1. Chop pears, if needed
2. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
3. Add pears, water, salt, garlic powder, oil. Boil
4. Stir. TURN OFF BURNER
5. Cover. Sit 10 min
6. Add vinegar, walnuts, cheese. Stir
