Ingredients

  • Dried Pears/Apples - 6 oz / 170 g
  • Water - 4 oz / 125 g
  • Brown Sugar/Maple Syrup - 3 TB / 50 g
  • Nutmeg, ground - 1/4 tsp / 2 g
  • Ginger Snap Cookies, crushed - 1/2 C / 36 g
  • Granola - 1/2 C /65 g
  • Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 tsp

Steps

1. Chop/Rip fruit
2. Add pears, water, sugar/maple nutmeg to pot.
Cover
3. TURN ON BURNER: MED HIGH
4. Simmer for 5-10 until pears soft
5. Crush cookies
6. TURN OFF BURNER
7. Add cookies, granola, vinegar. Stir
