- Tomatillos - 3-4
- Red Salsa - 1/2 C 240 g
- Corn Chips/Tostadas - 1 bag
Steps
1. Shuck oysters
2. Chop tomatillos
3. TURN ON BURNER: MED-HIGH HEAT
4. Add butter, tomatillos
5. Cook 2-3 min until soft
6. Add oysters, salsa
7. Cook 1-2 min
