  • Fresh oysters, shucked - 12
  • Butter - 2 TB / 30 g
  • Tomatillos - 3-4
  • Red Salsa - 1/2 C 240 g
  • Corn Chips/Tostadas - 1 bag

Steps

1. Shuck oysters
2. Chop tomatillos
3. TURN ON BURNER: MED-HIGH HEAT
4. Add butter, tomatillos
5. Cook 2-3 min until soft
6. Add oysters, salsa
7. Cook 1-2 min
