Ingredients

  • Pasta, Mac or Small shape 1 lb -/450 g
  • Water - 32 oz / 1 L
  • Milk Powder - 4 TB / 30 g
  • Garlic Powder - 1/2 tsp - 2 g
  • Salt - 1-2 tsp / 5 g
  • Dijon mustard packet - 1
  • Cheddar Cheese, grated - 8 oz / 225 g
  • Butter - 4 TB / 56 g

Steps

  1. TURN ON BURNER: High heat
  2. + water, pasta, 1 tsp salt
  3. BOIL until soft. DRAIN. Keep 4 oz water in pot
  4. + milk powder, garlic powder, salt to taste, dijon mustard, cheddar cheese, butter.
  5. STIR. COOK 2-4 min until melted and incorporated
  6. EAT!

Jazz it up with:
-pre-cooked bacon
-goat cheese, blue cheese or other fancy cheese
-veggies like spinach, artichoke, baby tomatoes or green onions
