Ingredients
- Pasta, Mac or Small shape 1 lb -/450 g
- Water - 32 oz / 1 L
- Milk Powder - 4 TB / 30 g
- Garlic Powder - 1/2 tsp - 2 g
- Salt - 1-2 tsp / 5 g
- Dijon mustard packet - 1
- Cheddar Cheese, grated - 8 oz / 225 g
- Butter - 4 TB / 56 g
Steps
- TURN ON BURNER: High heat
- + water, pasta, 1 tsp salt
- BOIL until soft. DRAIN. Keep 4 oz water in pot
- + milk powder, garlic powder, salt to taste, dijon mustard, cheddar cheese, butter.
- STIR. COOK 2-4 min until melted and incorporated
- EAT!
Notes/Additions
Jazz it up with:
-pre-cooked bacon
-goat cheese, blue cheese or other fancy cheese
-veggies like spinach, artichoke, baby tomatoes or green onions
