  • Tuna - 5 oz / 150 g
  • Hard Boiled Eggs - 4
  • Olives - 1/2 C / 85 g
  • Green Beans - 4 oz / 115 g
  • Baby Tomatoes - 5 oz / 150 g
  • Oil - 1/4 C / 50 g
  • Vinegar, your fav - 2 TB / 25 g
  • Dijon Mustard Packet - 2
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black Pepper - to taste

Steps

1. Open or Chop tuna, eggs, green beans, tomatoes
2. Combine in ziploc or mixing container
3. Add oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, black pepper
4. Mix
5. Sit for 5-10 min
