Ingredients

  • Packaged Chicken - 4-5 oz / 15o g
  • Beef Jerky - 2-3 oz / 100 g
  • Mandarin Oranges - 1-2 peeled / 110 g / 1 - 4 oz cup
  • Carrots, coins or shredded - 1/2 C / 50 g
  • Sliced Almonds - 1/4 C / 25 g
  • Sesame Oil - 1 TB / 15 g
  • Rice Vinegar - 2 TB / 25 g
  • Soy Sauce - 1-2 TB / 25 g
  • Ginger Powder - 1 tsp / 2 g

Steps

1. Chop/Rip meat if needed
2. Combine all ingredients in ziploc or mixing
container
3. Mix
4. Sit for 10-15 min
