  • Mango, fresh or dried - 1 / 1/4 C / 35 g
  • Tuna Packets - 5 oz / 150 g
  • Mayonnaise Packets - 2-3
  • Mustard Packets - 1-2
  • Soy Sauce Packets 1-2
  • Orange  - 1
  • Smoked Paprika - 2 tsp / 5 g
  • Garlic Powder - 1/2 tsp / 2 g
  • Plantain Chips/Tostones - 1 bag

Steps

1. Chop mango as needed
2. Combine all ingredients except plantain chips
3. Sit 5-10 min
