- Dried Mango - 1.5 oz / 45 g
- Packaged Chicken - 5 oz / 150 g
- Coconut milk powder - 1/4 C / 20 g
- Jamaican Jerk Seasoning - 1 TB / 5 g
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 8-10 oz / 250 ml
- Instant Rice - 1 C / 165 g
- Sumac - 1/2 tsp / 2 g
Steps
1. Chop/Rip mango
2. TURN BURNER ON: MED HEAT
3. Add mango, chicken, coconut, jerk seasoning, salt,
water
4. Stir. Bring to boil
5. Add rice
6. Stir. Cover
7. TURN BURNER OFF. Sit 10 min
8. Sprinkle sumac
