Homefry Potatoes with Rosemary & Carmelized Shallot

Ingredients

  • Red potatoes, medium - 4-6 pc 
  • Water - 32 oz / 1 L
  • Salt - 2 tsp / 10 g
  • Shallot - 3 pc 
  • Garlic - 2 clvs 
  • Rosemary - 2 TB / 10 g
  • Olive Oil - 2 TB / 50 g

Steps

  1. Chop potatoes, shallot, garlic. Reserve
  2. Turn on burner: High heat
  3. Add water, 1 tsp salt, potatoes
  4. Boil until almost done.
  5. Drain. Add oil, 1 tsp salt, shallot
  6. Cook 3-5 min until crispy. Stir
  7. Add garlic, rosemary
  8. Cook 1-2 min
  9. EAT!
