Homefry Potatoes with Rosemary & Carmelized Shallot

Ingredients
- Red potatoes, medium - 4-6 pc
- Water - 32 oz / 1 L
- Salt - 2 tsp / 10 g
- Shallot - 3 pc
- Garlic - 2 clvs
- Rosemary - 2 TB / 10 g
- Olive Oil - 2 TB / 50 g
Steps
- Chop potatoes, shallot, garlic. Reserve
- Turn on burner: High heat
- Add water, 1 tsp salt, potatoes
- Boil until almost done.
- Drain. Add oil, 1 tsp salt, shallot
- Cook 3-5 min until crispy. Stir
- Add garlic, rosemary
- Cook 1-2 min
- EAT!
Notes/Additions
Blast it with a little apple cider vinegar!
