Ingredients

  • Water - 4 oz / 125 ml
  • Pork Rinds, crushed - 2 oz / 55 g
  • Chili Powder - 1 TB / 10 g
  • Tajin Seasoning - 1 tsp / 3 g
  • Tortillas, flour or corn - 4-6
  • Fritos - 1/2 C / 30 g

Steps

1. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
2. Add water, pork rinds, seasonings to pot
3. Stir. Simmer 2-4 min until soft
4. Toast tortillas as desired
5. Garnish with Fritos
