Ingredients

  • Celery Sticks - 4-6 
  • Green Pepper - 1
  • Tomato Paste - 2 TB / 30 g
  • Old Bay/Creole Seasoning - 1-2 TB / 10 g
  • Packaged Chicken/Sausage/Fake Meat - 7 oz/ 200 g
  • Water - 24 oz / 750 ml
  • Grits/Polenta/Corn Meal - 1 C

Steps

1. Chop veggies
2. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
3. Add veggies, meat. Stir. Cook 1 min
4. Add seasoning, water. Boil
5. Add grits. Stir fast to break up clumps.
6. Cook 2 min
7. Sit 4 min
