Ingredients

  • Water - 20 oz / 600 ml 
  • Instant Rice - 1 C / 150 g
  • Instant Cous Cous - 1 pkg / 5.8 oz /150 g
  • Packaged Tuna - 5 oz / 150 g
  • Olives - 1/4 C / 50 g
  • Italian Seasoning - 2 TB / 10 g
  • Bell Pepper - 1
  • Lemon - 1
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

1. Chop pepper
2. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
3. Add water. Boil
4. Add everything, but pepper and lemon. Stir
5. Cook 1-2 min
6. TURN OFF BURNER
7. Cover. Sit 10 min
8. Add pepper. Squeeze lemon
