- Water - 24 oz / 750 ml
- Dehydrated Beans - 1 C / 100 g
- Grits/Polenta/Masa - 1 C / 100 g
- Chili Powder/Taco Seasoning - 2 TB / 10 g
- Salt - to taste
- Cheese, your fav - 4 oz / 250 g
- Tortillas, Flour or Corn - 8
- Lime - 1
Steps
1. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
2. Add water, beans, spices
3. Stir. Boil
4. HEAT TO LOW. Cook 5-10 min until done.
5. Add grits/masa
6. Stir. Cook 1-2 min
7. Add cheese
8. Toast tortillas
9. Wrap it up! Squeeze lime
