Ingredients

  • Water - 24 oz / 750 ml
  • Gnocci, packaged - 16 oz / 454 g
  • Tomato Paste Tube - 4.5 oz / 127 g
  • Italian Seasoning - 1 TB / 10 g
  • Garlic Powder - 1/2 tsp / 2 g
  • Salt- 1/2 tsp / 2 g
  • *optional* Chili Flake - 1/2 tsp / 2 g
  • *optional* Parmesan Cheese - 1/4 C / 20 g

Steps

1. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
2. Add water. Boil
3. Add gnocci. Simmer until almost done
4. Drain water, keeping approx 1/4 C
5. Add tomato paste, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt, chili flake
6. Stir, Stir. Simmer 3-5 min
7. Add cheese, if using
