Ingredients

  • Red Pepper - 1
  • Water - 12-16 oz / 500 ml
  • Boxed Mac and Cheese Mix - 7.25 oz / 200 g
  • Beans, flakes, freeze-dried - 1/2 C / 50 g
  • Oil - 2 oz / 15 g
  • Chili Powder/Taco Seasoning - 3 TB / 15 g
  • Cheddar Cheese - 4 oz / 110 g
  • Sumac - 1/2 tsp / 1 g
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

1. Chop red pepper
2. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
3. Add water, pasta. Boil
4. Stir. Simmer until almost done
5. Add cheese mix, beans, oil, seasonings, cheese,
red pepper. Stir
6. Cook 1-2 min
