Ingredients
- Bell Pepper - 1
- Shallot - 2
- Oil - 2 TB / 25 g
- Chili Powder - 2 TB / 20 g
- Salt - to taste
- Packaged Chicken - 5 oz / 150 g
- Water - 4-8 oz / 100-200 ml
- Nonfat Milk Powder - 1/4 C / 20 g
- Lime - 1
*optional* - Instant Rice - 1/2 C / 50 g
- Tortillas - 2-4
Steps
1. Chop veggies
2. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
3. Add veggies, oil. Cook 1 min
4. Add all ingredients, except lime
5. Stir. Stir. Cook 5-10 min until veggies soft
If using rice, add more 1.5oz water, rice
Bring to simmer. Cover. Sit 10 min
6. Squeeze lime
If using tortillas, make sure to toast them!
