Ingredients

  • Bell Pepper - 1 
  • Shallot - 2
  • Oil - 2 TB / 25 g
  • Chili Powder - 2 TB / 20 g
  • Salt - to taste
  • Packaged Chicken - 5 oz / 150 g
  • Water - 4-8 oz / 100-200 ml
  • Nonfat Milk Powder - 1/4 C / 20 g
  • Lime - 1
    *optional*
  • Instant Rice - 1/2 C / 50 g
  • Tortillas - 2-4

Steps

1. Chop veggies
2. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
3. Add veggies, oil. Cook 1 min
4. Add all ingredients, except lime
5. Stir. Stir. Cook 5-10 min until veggies soft
If using rice, add more 1.5oz water, rice
Bring to simmer. Cover. Sit 10 min
6. Squeeze lime

If using tortillas, make sure to toast them!
