- Olive Oil - 4 TB / 50 g
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 2 TB / 25 g
- Orange - 1 pc
- Grapefruit - 1 pc
- Shallot - 1 pc
- Fennel Bulb - 1 pc
- Salt - 1 tsp - 5 g
- Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp / 2 g
- Pepitas - 1/4 C / 20 g
Steps
*NO BURNER RECIPE*
- SLICE orange, grapefruit, shallot, fennel
- MIX
- + oil, vinegar, salt, black pepper
- SIT for 5 min
- GARNISH w pepitas
- EAT!
