- Water - 16 oz / 500 ml
- Dehydrated Chickpeas - 2 C / 300 g
- Garlic Powder - 1 tsp / 5 g
- Salt - to taste
- Kale - 1/2 bunch / 175 g
- Lemon - 1 / 175 g
- Tortillas, Flour or Corn - 8
Steps
1. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
2. Toast tortillas
3. Chop kale
4. Add water, chickpeas, spices, kale
5. Stir. Boil
6. HEAT TO LOW. Cook 5-10 min until done.
7. Wrap it up! Squeeze lemon
